Tiny Barbecued Hot Dogs

  • 1 pound Wimmer’s Little Smokies
  • ¼ cup onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 cup carbonated beverage
  • 1 cup catsup
  1. In a saucepan simmer sausages until hot.
  2. Drain.
  3. Add to sauce make with remaining ingredients.
  4. Simmer mixture 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Pour into chafing dish to keep warm.
  6. Serve with toothpicks.

Makes about 24 appetizers.
