- 1 pound Wimmer’s Little Smokies
- ¼ cup onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup carbonated beverage
- 1 cup catsup
- In a saucepan simmer sausages until hot.
- Drain.
- Add to sauce make with remaining ingredients.
- Simmer mixture 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Pour into chafing dish to keep warm.
- Serve with toothpicks.
Makes about 24 appetizers.
