• 1 pound Wimmer’s Wieners
• 1 small onion, thinly sliced
• ¼ cup chopped green pepper
• 1 can (12 oz.) beer (1 ½ cups)

1. Add all ingredients to a deep casserole.
2. Bake at 350º for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring twice to coat peppers and onions rings.

Makes 4 to 5 servings.
