- 5 ounces Wimmer’s Cured Smoked Beef, finely snipped
- 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 1/3 cup green olives, chopped
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
- Blend cream cheese with horseradish, olives and Parmesan cheese.
- Make into 2 rolls 6 inches long.
- Chill well.
- Roll each chilled log in the dried beef.
- Serve with crackers.
