- ¼ lb. Wimmer’s Bologna, chopped or ground
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon onion
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- Mix softened cream cheese, egg yolk and onion with electric mixer.
- Add baking powder and blend well.
- Fold in chopped meat.
- Mound on cheese crackers and bake at 375º for 5 minutes until puffed and browned.
Makes 24 puffs.
