• 1 lb. Wimmer’s Wieners
• 6-8 Slices bacon
• 1 can (16 oz.) Sauerkraut
• 1 apple, chopped
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar
• 1 can (16 oz.) whole tomatoes

1. Add sauerkraut to a 2-quart shallow baking dish; mix in apple and brown sugar.
2. Place wieners on top of this mixture and cover with tomatoes.
3. Put bacon slices on top and bake at 350º for 45 to 50 minutes.
4. Serve with hash brown potatoes.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
